Export Control System

In order to carry out businesses, companies need to manage a complex universe of information, in addition to be attentive to constant modifications in legislation and become able to issue several documents. Thinking in facilitating the work by Clearance Commissioners and Exporters, Bysoft make the DDExport – Export Control System available to the market.

One of the main objects of this module is to eliminate reworking, which means to improve information already typed at the opening of processes, by using the same record. The system further allows the issuance of all documents required to the Export process, namely: Proforma invoice and Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Origin Certificate, Instruction and Shipping Confirmation, Market-place Reserve, Draft and Borderôs.

The system can generate and transmit to Siscomex RE/DDE and e DSE. This alternative is performed in seconds by means of apportionments and automatic mountings (including by performing the own breakage of annexes), allowing to make its processes and the issuance of its respective statements in online mode, thereby eliminating the unnecessary loss of time, either for operation or connection with Siscomex and, therefore, assuring a cost reduction.

DDExport has as the main difference the process control by means of reports:

• Follow-up Report for the entire Export or Statistic Reports of Exported Products Follow-up;
• Reports of the entire Export allow the constant monitoring of processes, providing the lead time promised to the customer;
  
• Statistic Product Reports demonstrating exports based on products exported. Thus, it is possible to have an exact view on the volume exported in a certain period;
  
• Exchange Agreement and ACC/ACE control , important to identify what company’s agreement are opened, closed or even liquidated, facilitating the management of the whole process;
  
• Export Costing which performs the automatic apportionment of all expenses of a process by its products, an indispensable information in order to have prices of any goods and also for fiscal and accounting departments, among others;

DDExport system can be integrated to modules: DDFinance – Financial Control System andBilling for Commissioners and Agents and DDWebTrack – Process Follow-Up System in the Web. The latter allows, in addition to process follow-up via Internet, to type Commercial Invoice by the exporter, facilitating and accelerating even more the whole export process.
