Import Control System

A dependable, agile and effective product. These are definitions for DDImport – Import Control System, a module offered by Bysoft for Importers and Trades with the purpose of automatizing the whole import department by means of a sole data entry, thereby preventing re-typing processes. The system is composed by operating, documental, managerial and financing functions pertaining to control and follow-up of import processes of any company. It includes password control, report generator, integration with the Broker through DDGIPLite – Import System for Commissioners and/or ERP's (Corporate Systems).

With its one-touch technique which consists of imputing the information once and improving it during the process, it will provide the Import Order Statement / Order Cost Forecast, Statement of Shipment / Shipment Cost Forecast, Control of Protocols sent to the Broker, Money Traffic / Internal Request for Payments.

Some reports are:

• Lead Time Report, which enables detection of inside and outside operating bottlenecks;
  
• Current Account with the Broker, perfect to manage money paid and statements of expenses received;
  
• Statistic Reports for Order and Shipment, thus enabling to measure exporters’ attendance percentage;
  
• Order and shipment follow-up, which provides a constant monitoring regarding the progress of import, control of arrival of orders in the importer;
  
• Import costing, which performs the automatic apportionment of all expenses of a process and its products, thereby providing critical information in order to have prices of any goods, in addition to render information for fiscal and accounting departments, thereby minimizing possible errors and speeding the operation, among others.
