A New Concept to Operate and Manage Entry and Exit Receipts

The i-Nota system performs the operation of Goods Receipt (formal bill of sale) printing based on information directly from SISCOMEX, without the company having had to perform the Imports Declaration by itself.

As a complement, the system generates the receipt of Exit, controlling the stock of merchandise, and the users have the benefits both of fast elaboration of receipts and of information quality.

The Import Declarations are captured directly from SISCOMEX, allowing for complete veracity of information.

The solution still enables the creation of interfaces with the companies’ corporate systems, accessing the main database, and such feature provides real time update, both for entry and exit of data. The receipts may be printed in different locations and different headquarters’ printers.

The i-Nota offers the option of generating Entry, Subordinate and Complementary Receipts. There is also the possibility to set up the receipts according to each client’s model of Broker. With the Entry Receipt printed, the system makes available the elaboration of Exit Receipt, after is entered in virtual stock.

The system was developed in JAVA language, providing access to the users by intranet and/or internet, having interface with the main databases in the market. The solution must be installed both in Windows and Linux platforms.
