System of Fleets and Transportation Management

It is a solution for planning and administration of transportation fleets.
It offers accurate information through statistical graphics about availability, profitability and usage of each transportation. It enables viewing the conditions of routes and delivery points, as well as the orders requests and later follow-up.
It offers WAP technology for confirmation of delivery or collection and RFID technology for identifying fleet on warehouse.
It creates the itinerary (routes sheet) in an easy and quick way, moreover, i-Transport has the possibility to interact with the different global positioning systems that facilitate locating the different transportation means, enabling to follow-up of fleets during their trajectory, by GPS, view and digital maps. It performs total control and follow-up of fleet, tires conditions, distance of kilometers passed, refueling, oil change, etc.

Caution and Warnings

The i-Transport has added a service of warnings about the salaries that can be set according to the needs of the company, both for drivers (driver’s license, courses for dangerous cargos, etc.) and for vehicles (expiration of policies, licensing, etc.).
Such cautions and warnings consist of different types of messages (e-mail, WAP message, etc.) which i-Transport offers the possibility of defining to whom those warnings will get, also defining format and time before the expiration.

Commands Panel

i-Transport presents a command panel that explains, concentrates and sums up the critical information about each area of the company.

The management level of organization is presented in a quick and organized way. The information is presented by statistical graphics, occupational graphics, etc. The operational level disposes of proper information to help you perform your common tasks more efficiently.

It is a WEB TRACKING system, once it enables the clients, from their work place and by Web, to perform orders of trucks, setup of warnings, monitoring of orders, dates and times estimate for remittance, etc.
