Consulting the Position of your Cargos was Never Easier!

Now your company may receive e-mails of Mantra screens, without the need of consulting on-line, optimizing the consultation time.

With the intent to automatize the Consultation of Cargo Position in Siscomex (MANTRA), BYSOFT has developed a friendly communication interface, which shall perform consultation of your processes according to the information of Master and House Numbers.

The user types the Masters and Houses he/she wishes to consult on DD Mantra and the system automatically search for general information and process status information, directly at the Mantra, in an easy and accurate way.

Besides storing information at the Database (making different types of consultations and reports possible, so the user may receive e-mails with the Mantra screens in a passive way, without having to connect to the Siscomex), at each STATUS change of Master/House, the user will get an alert e-mail informing about the status change, without the need to re-connect to Mantra.

The system allows the cargo consignee himself to receive e-mails with the status of his process. This feature is enabled only if the system’s administrator authorizes the remittance.

As main result, we will have the optimization of the number of collaborators who currently operate the Siscomex Mantra consultation system in their company, and, consequently, a reduction of the time to re-transmit information to their client.
