Aiming at the full management of air and maritime processes for cargo agencing, generating several documents, reports and providing correct and accurate information in a rapid and effective manner, Bysoft offers the DDTraffic – Air and Maritime Cargo Agencing System, divided into two modules, namely: Import and Export.

In the commercial part, the system prepares and issues freight proposals based on tariffs and their respective grating, freight quotations which also are based on tariffs and already present the effective value of the freight and tariff controls (freight table), generation and issuance of shipment instruction, in addition to the possibility of setting and controlling visits programmed by every registered seller.

The module operates with a pre-alert system, AWB/BL (master and house), cargo manifest, control of consolidated and direct cargo, control for arrival of bills of lading, DTAS issuance, freight arrival notice, shipment confirmation, market-place reserve, cargo manifest, tags, among others.

This program is ideal for international finance, since it performs the automatic Profit calculation, issuance of receipts, closing of master, printing of exchange remittance (Decan/Circular Letter 1025), control of third party’s commissions, issuance of agent’s debt/credit notes..

All information imputed in the system are improved, which significantly reduces the lead time of its processes, minimizing errors and therefore any and all re-working, maximizing profits.

The system also issues reports to facilitate the operation control and management, obtaining the maximum of information, such as:
